These Terms of Service govern your use of raycheng.shop and purchases made from Raycheng.

Raycheng is operated by Pujiang Ruicheng Crafts Co., Ltd.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our related store policies.

You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

You may not use this website for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorized purposes.

We may cancel or refuse an order if there is:

  • Incorrect customer information
  • Unsupported delivery address
  • Product unavailability
  • A material pricing or listing error

If a paid order is cancelled by Raycheng before fulfillment, the applicable payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, dimensions, materials, colors, images, prices, and availability accurately.

Actual colors or product appearance may vary slightly because of lighting, device displays, materials, production processes, or measurement methods.

Minor variations do not necessarily mean that a product is defective.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Applicable shipping charges, discounts, and taxes will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.

An order confirmation confirms that we have received your order but does not guarantee final shipment.

5. Shipping

Raycheng currently ships to eligible addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.

We do not currently ship to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • Other U.S. territories
  • P.O. Boxes
  • APO/FPO military addresses
  • International destinations

Eligible orders are fulfilled through authorized U.S. logistics and fulfillment partners.

Standard shipping rates are:

  • Orders below $150.00 USD: $7.00 USD
  • Orders of $150.00 USD or more: Free standard shipping

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days.

Standard shipping normally takes 3–7 business days after processing.

Estimated total delivery time is generally 4–10 business days.

6. Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery.

Returned products must generally be:

  • New
  • Unused
  • In their original condition
  • Returned with applicable original packaging and included materials

Customers must contact Raycheng before sending a return.

Authorized returns are directed to return-processing facilities located within the United States.

The specific U.S. return address will be provided by email after the return request has been reviewed and approved.

For standard non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Raycheng does not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.

Approved refunds are normally processed within 10 days after the returned product has been received and inspected.

7. Exchanges

Raycheng currently does not offer direct exchanges.

If you want a different product or variation, you may return the eligible original product and place a separate new order.

8. Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.

We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

If an order has already shipped, an eligible return may be requested after delivery.
