Shipping & Returns
U.S. standard shipping is $7 for eligible orders under $150 and free for eligible orders of $150 or more.
We currently ship to eligible addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, followed by approximately 3–7 business days of shipping transit. Estimated total delivery time is generally 4–10 business days.
Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery. Products must be new, unused, and in their original condition.
Authorized returns are sent by mail to approved return-processing facilities located within the United States. The applicable U.S. return address will be provided by email after the return request has been reviewed and approved.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard non-defective returns. Raycheng does not charge a restocking fee.
